This week I’m attending a number of Linux courses run by Well House Consultants. So far we’ve covered the basics of Linux and an introduction to Linux administration. Thursday and Friday will cover the beginnings of Linux web servers, so I have my tinfoil hat wedged firmly on my head this week.
It’s great to finally have many of the holes in my knowledge of Linux filled in. I’ve been tinkering with it for years now, mostly learning how to do things ad-hoc, but I had begun to crave some formal training to see some of the ways it should be done properly.
If you’re looking for Linux training (or pretty much any Open Source programming language), I couldn’t recommend them enough.
